Gift Certificates Our gift certificates are available in any denomination and can be purchased for any service or package. They are good for the face value of the certificate and can be used for tanning, spa services or in our boutique.
Appointment Information To allow for a stress free check-in. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
Booking an Appointment Spa appointments can be made either in person or via the telephone and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation.
Monday, Tuesday, Saturday........10am – 6pm
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday......10am – 8pm
Sunday...........................................11am – 6pm
Canceling Appointments Once you have reserved your appointment, we’ll go above and beyond to prepare and customize your spa treatment and make it absolutely delicious; all you’re expected to do is show up. We require at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any appointment. Should you fail to cancel (or otherwise “no show”), an appointment fee of $25/ per hour of service will be charged to the credit card number the appointment is beeing held by. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this policy, as it could compromise your future spa experiences as well as the spa experiences of your fellow spa worshippers.
Running Late If you are stuck in traffic, running late or just can’t seem to get here on time, please call ahead so we can do our best to accommodate you. If we are able to give you the full treatment, we always will. If not, you will still be charged the full treatment price.
Gratuities Prices on treatments do not include gratuities. Gratuity envelopes are provided and may be left for your therapist at the front desk.
Return Policy We hope you love all of your purchases. If you don't, you have 10 days to exchange, or receive a store credit. No refunds. No returns on undergarments, worn / washed garments, open packages or discounted items.
Pricing We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your reservationist when you book an appointment.
